Vespa SS90 Super Sprint
Friday, February 4, 2011 | 0 comments
The ultra-rare Vespa SS90 Super Sprint was maufactured between 1965 - 1971. It featured a narrower front end compared to other Vespas and a glove box and spare wheel mounted in the step-through area of the frame. During its run, only 5,309 were ever made. Because of its rarity, the SS90 is well acknowledged as the world’s most expensive scooter.

I got wood...

Carlos Alberto is a Portuguese carpenter ( Hello people in Portugal!) who makes all sorts of things out of wood. But not just things like cabinets or coffee tables. As you might have guessed, Carlos has created fully functional scooters and motorcycles made out of wood! Here you can see the SR250 motor in the beautifully carved frame, fenders, wheels, and so on.
And a Vespa
He is almost as good as Geppettos
I try to get to his web site but it is keep telling me that it is known as an attack site; may harm my computer, so I could not go there....
Stretch Vespa
Saturday, January 9, 2010 | 0 comments
Vespa South Africa has built a “Stretch Scooter” which can seat four people, and has two rear ends of the scooter. Vespa called it “a family car on two wheels and kids will look forward to going to school on it. You can be the designated driver and can still park outside the front door of the party”.I wonder how big is the motor and how much of pull it can produce, four people in the US can easily weigh 700 pounds since according to the survey conducted from 1999-2002, the average weight for an American adult male is 191 lb and a female is 164 lb. Should have beefed up shocks as well....It must be bitch to turn; people on board need to be still.
