Louise Menzer Scherbyn is a founder of
WIMA (Women's International Motorcycle Association) which has grown into a world wide association of women and motorcycle and embraces countries as far apart as Australia, New Zealand in the southern hemisphere to Sweden and Finland in the Arctic north, and from central Europe to Japan since its origin of 1950's.
She greatly contributed in promoting women in motorcycling, including lifting the ban on women holding international racing licenses.
They should teach that in Women's study class along with Susan B. Anthony.
