Cover of Adam Carolla's new book.

Made me Laugh.

Apparently, you can't get the hat anymore.

Heard that he had to have the hat specially made for the photo shoot.

In fifty years we'll all be chicks

Thompson would have actually done it

Writing is sexy because it is a form of art.

Ralph "Sonny" Barger

Ralph "Sonny" Barger is a well-known biker, the founder and long-time President of the most visible chapter of the most visible motorcycle club in the world.

He has got a few books published about the MC he belongs to, but just published a new book about riding, which I prefer since I am not into biker gang culture. Anyway, although he has some criminal records and famous as a biker gang, he has been riding over 5 decades-exception of the four years in federal prison for conspiring to blow up the clubhouse of a rival MC in KY- and he claims that still put at least 5000 miles on his bike every year and he is still alive, surviving (I meant as a rider, not as a gang member) so there should be a lot we can learn from him as a fellow motorcycle enthusiast, right? Here is some of his quotes from the book.

"…I recommend adopting attitude that every single person on the road is a sociopathic serial killer who has just escaped from an asylum for the criminally insane. This might seem a little pessimistic, but you’ll live longer if you assume everyone else on the road is a homicidal moron whose sole purpose is to kill you."

"It might not be the same as spending a lifetime in some Buddhist monastery, but the concentration required while riding a motorcycle is a form of focused meditation that makes all the petty distractions of day-to-day life melt away. It might seem morbid to concentrate on potential danger with such intense focus, but it clears my head. When I’m finished riding, I feel relaxed and recharged, so morbid or not, I consider it a beneficial activity."

The books note-all the books you get from here are signed by him. You can git them cheaper if you go to Amazon or any other your favorite book selling site, I bet.

Max and The Lost Note

Thursday, January 21, 2010 | 0 comments

“Max is a sharp dresser who plays piano. He’s a very cool cat indeed. But one day while he’s writing a tune, he loses a note. So he rides his scooter downtown to see if anyone’s seen his note, calling in on singing group The Felines, Long Tall Dexter at his music store, Double Bass Sam, and lots more feline musicians. So it’s music, music all the way – but will Max ever find his lost note?”

I need to start writing kid's book about a cat and a motorcycle.
