Mercedes designed LEGO technic Unimog

LEGO's Technic line gives kids of all ages( including us) the ability to create more advanced models than the standard LEGO blocks. LEGO has now teamed with Mercedes-Benz to create a Technic model based on the multi-purpose Unimog U 400 truck, which Mercedes calls "the world's most versatile workhorse." Over 2000 parts, the 1:12 scale "Universal-Motor-Geräts (tool)" model will be the largest LEGO Technic model ever released.

The Technic model got crane gripper arm that can rotate almost 360 degrees via an electrically controlled turntable, and a front winch that can be converted into a snow plow. Designed in cooperation with Mercedes, the model is accurate down to the engine pistons, portal axles and individual suspension that deadens jolts when taking the four-wheel drive vehicle off-road. Neat huh? Should be available in August and the price will be £190, which is about 275bucks.

Well, we talked about Sound racer, which makes your vehicle sound like a racer or a muscle car. I found this toy, somewhat equivalent of that to bicycle.

I think I might enjoy it for a while like I am a 6 years-old, but it might get old relatively soon...

It is about 15 bucks at most of places if you are interested. It isn't bad of price if this thing makes you pedal as hard as you could to get the sound of revving motor.... I think it is perfect product for those who gotten DUI but like to pretend you still have DL.- FACT: You are not allowed to ride even under 50 cc scooters if you have gotten DUI and your license suspended. Operating 49cc scooters still requires DL.

We could install this on a small 4 cycle bikes and confuse the shit out of people.

The Ultimate Ecological Green Car

This car uses no gas, no hydrogen, no electricity, whatsoever. The Japanese Toy company, Takara Tomy, which produces ChoroQ cars - Known as Penny Racers in The West had made a life size Penny Racer that a person can ride in. Yeah you will have to pull the whole car back in order to go forward and I seriously doubt that handling is superb especially when it just dashes out. But this is so idiotic that made me laugh. You can put a huge coin on the back to make it wheelie. The actual car was designed by a Japanese comedian/ actor, George Tokoro and showcased at Tokyo Motor Show in 2009.

Tron Lame Papercraft

We still have not seen Tron:Legacy. It was sold out when we got there. Critics bitch and moan about the movie, but what do you think? it is supposed to look how awesome the effect was anyway; it ain't gonna be Oscar winning candidate.
I spotted this Tron:Legacy official papercraft. It ain't like superb Nobutaka Mukouyama's work, but it is acceptable, I guess. You can probably make it better by cutting more bending places to make it more rounder, though. Anyway, If you like bikes and papercraft, you will love Yamaha bike papercraft Mukouyama created. You can build his and laugh at the Tron papercraft.

Oh you can try download the papercraft here but it keeps informin' me that "this file is damaged and could not be repaired" Means you don't need it. However you can download Kevin Flynn's cycle here

Kirin Mohi CB1100R

This is a 1/12 scale PVC figure and a motorcycle model. It is based on one of characters from very popular motorcycle graphic novel in Japan, "Kirin." This character rides a Honda CB1100 with Yoshimura 4 into 1 exhaust. It is sold out but it was about 240 US bucks so you don't want it. The figure is about 6 inches tall, you know? I like his outfit but do they make denim chops?

30 bucks and shipping. But seeing the footage they got on their site, I am thinking this shirt's durability is in serious question. You will end up screwing up the electric strip soon from removing it fro the short for washing, then you will have a dorky shirt that has keyboard printed on it.

I hope Mark won't buy this.

MXB MotoCross Board

MXB Motocross board is an electric-powered cross between a snowboard and a dirtbike that has an average range of 18 miles, recharges in two hours. The two-wheeled MXB Shocker features a 1,500-watt, 48-volt brushless motor producing almost 5 lb/ft of torque at around 43amps, which is enough to propel the board to over 35 mph(56 km/h).

Qvolt

Qvolt is an electric car that was designed by a famous Japanese cartoonist, Akira Toriyama( the creator of "Dragon Ball Z" and many) Toriyama's love of motorvehicles is quite well-known. The car was build with a collaboration of a toy company Takara, who produces ChoroQ- cartoony miniature car that runs with coil-spring pullback motors, marketed as "Penny Racers" in the West.
It is street legal, single seat car and said to possess the performance of 50cc scooter. Top speed 31mph, and range of 50miles per a charge- about an electric golf cart's performance, So that is not much more than an expensive toy- it was sold around 19,000 USD in 2005 and there are only 9 of them made. The company, CQ motors has made other cute models. It might not be a bad vehicle to have in Japan since it is crowded, and owning a regular car is a luxury; it requires inspection fee, weight tax, vehicle tax, and proof of parking space, which is not required for these small electric cars.

Danbo Stoppie

Danbo is a cardboard robot character. And it was commissioned by Amazon Japan from Azuma Kiyohiko, the creator of the manga character Yotsuba-chan who lives with her adoptive work-at-home dad, and whose happy-go-lucky adventures are recounted in the popular serial, Yotsubato/Yotsuba&___. [You can read Chapter 28, Yotsuba to Danbo in English. Remember, it goes right to left.]
