Classified Moto is an outfit in Richmond, Virgina. Their main business is making custom bikes out of '70s and '80s Japanese, not that unusual. But their lamp made out of bike parts was a surprise hit around the world and they made a name for it; they are more known for the lamp than the bikes. We put pictures of those lamps here before.
