In Salina Ks the town park has a tank for kids to play with.In Wichita the parks used to have these things, but in the process of making them Idiot proof'd we lost them long ago.Now it's just a buncha plastic -less interesting-gerbil run's with cushion'ee rubber ground cover. No history.No imagination.
Never thought of it before but you can tell alot about a town by check'n out it's public parks.
