this is a railroad grade movement in a loaner case from Clark's Jewelry in Wichita, KS. railroaders had to have their watches checked at regular intervals to make sure they were as accurate as they were supposed to be. while the watches were in for repair and adjustment a loaner watch would be given to the customer until his was done.
