The long Vespa reminded me of the Czechoslovakian Boehmerland. This is a 1928 model. 600cc single cyl. 4stroke engine with 16hp. Wheelbase is 3.2m. The bike is designed to carry 3 people. Gas tanks are beside the rear wheel. I saw one of these in a bike show once. A very unusual motorcycle.
