since all the machinery in the below pictures would be operated by one of these guys or their electrical friends i thought it would be good to include it as well. the Black Gang{the engineering force} was where i worked during my naval career. always down in the so called bowels of the ship amongst the machinery. that's were i liked to be and sometimes i still miss it. oh for the sound of the engines ringing in my ears. the condensate pump and it's lulling melody when i sleep.
