We all know that working on cars and motorcycles in dark sucks. People get flashlights and clamp lights to eliminate the problem. But still your hands might cast the shadow to block where you are working on. Quite annoying

This company The Hammacher Schlemmer claims that the Rechargeable Illuminating Wrenches are the answers when it comes to working in dark places. An LED light emits from within the wrench itself, making sure that light is going to go directly where you need it. There are two settings for the LED giving you a high and low range to work with. They are little pricey at $99.95 for a set. The first thing I thought was that is this thing gonna last? Do they withstand the massive torque produced by our manly arms? Well, the wrenches comes with LIFE TIME WARRANTY! Also they would look lovely hanging from the Christmas tree.

The seven wrenches (3/8" - 10mm to 3/4" - 20mm) provide 5 hours of light (each), and take 3 hours to recharge.

The EX trike, designed and built by Nils Ferber, Sebastian Auray, Ruben Faber and Ludolf von Oldershausen. Using two 18-volt-screwdrivers as engines, the "EX" accelerates its driver up to 30 km/h! With a frame inspired by a bare skeleton complete with visible organs, the EX’s drive components are mostly constructed from modified bike parts, while the frame and unique spine-shaped joint used for steering were custom-milled on a CNC machine.

"Excentricity is defined as a deviation from what is ordinary or customary. To match this definition we couln´t just modify an existing vehicle but had to start designing something new from scratch. The result is a completely new driving concept: The driver lies headlong on his three-wheeled vehicle and accelerates the "EX" with sprawled out arms up to 30 km/h.
Eccentrically is also how the steering works: A specially developed joint tilts the back wheel and leans the driver´s weight dynamically into the curve.

Toolbelt

This belt from 686 packs driver bits and turns 8, 10 and 11mm hex bolts. Too bad that it doesn't have 12mm instead of 11mm. I don't need 11mm. You probably won't be able to wear it if you are gonna fly... Depends on where you get them but they are about 40 bucks for the original and 50 bucks for rocker stud snow one. Via Make magazine
