It is said that colon has phenomenal ability to absorb alcohol; you can get drunk a lot efficiently by shoving the bottle( a can might not be a good idea) up your ass. And possibly die from acute alcohol poisoning/ toxin from the beer since the bevarage will not be filtered through your liver.
