Our friend, and a great supporter of Go Away garage, whose actual name we are not allowed to mention here, 
has been restoring this 1917 Henderson.Picture below is the same bike with the original owner, Frank Fertig at Kelly Field in San Antonio .
According to the friend, whom we shall not mention, Frank had installed Indian front end, Harley rear brake, among other “performance enhancements.”
The friend, whose name we shall not mention, has purchased the bike from a great-great niece of Frank Fertig last year. And it runs now. I would love to see it run like it used to.
