here are some steam rollers for our delectation on Sunday. this is a lot more fun than going to church. a lot more useful too. first we have a picture of an Aveling & Porter in operation at a steam show somewhere in Merrie Olde England. next are a couple of steamers rolling a road in Oregon. third is a 1920 Fowler 8 ton roller. fourth is an Aveling & Porter 8 ton machine from 1920. and finally a 1924 Buffalo-Springfield. what a bevy of steam powered beauties.
