the last surviving H.G. Ivatt designed 2-6-0 LMS locomotive 43106. called flying pigs because they were supposedly one of the ugliest locomotives running on English rails. although English locomotives look a little different to us i certainly don't think these qualify as ugly. on the other hand i doubt i've ever seen a locomotive i didn't like.
