this little automoto was built in 1959 by a boatbuilder from plans in a 1956 issue of Mechanix Illustrated. powered by a 1952 Ariel 997cc Square-4 engine with suspension from a Citroen of some kind. from the wheels i imagine a 2CV Citroen would be the one. pretty neat. check the rear view it has Cadillac taillights.
