top picture looks like the middle east. i can see why the vaunted republican guard of Saddam Hussein didn't stand and fight when they saw these. i imagine they thought these were djinn.
bottom is obviously some photo shopped thing. a tank such as this could never succeed in doing what tanks are supposed to do. all those guns would have gotten in the way and you would have to have a couple of big trucks to carry all the ammunition it would need. the nazis and the commies did make a couple of tanks that were somewhat like this with more than one turret etc.
