King Kenny is a former 500cc world champion and his ranch in Modesto,California is for sale now.
The word is that Roberts wants to downsize and move closed to golf courses...I can not believe loving golf more than home motorcycle tracks... King Kenny could ditch the tracks and build golf course there, but figured would be better to sell this property to a motorcycle enthusiast who would appreciate.

I don't need the fishing lake, swimming pool or the house. I would love the track, garage and gym. Oh I better take the wine cellar as well since I am a known drunk.
