Obviously they are not Akira fan. If you are a real Akira fan, you would call this bike Kaneda's bike. Akira is a tittle of graphic novel by Katsuhiro Ootomo and the character named Kaneda rides this bike. The character Akira in the Akira never rode or owned a bike so there is no Akira bike.
One fan in Japan made functional one before. So this thing isn't really impressive to me- just a huge decoration that takes up space...
